                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM ELIZABETH G. GARDNER,
                   RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 77, BROWNTOWN ROAD
                   COLLECTOR, TRACT NO. 097, FOR A TOTAL
                   CONSIDERATION OF TWO THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,500.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Elizabeth G. Gardner, relative
       to Contract No. 77, Browntown Road Collector, Tract No. 097, for 
a
       total consideration of $2,500.00.
